Refund policy
We will inform you once we have received and reviewed your return. If approved, the refund will be automatically processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved, please reach out to us at info@galaxyofstarsandgems.org and put "Return" with the date you summitted your return.
"No return policy for custom orders" Once ordered mock up has been accepted and production has started; personalization has been made to ordered according to requested specifications, the seller will not accept returns or exchanges for that item. This is because custom items are unique and cannot be resold to another customer.
Common reasons for this No Return Policy include:
- Pre-Order: Custom items may be made in limited quantities or on demand, making returns logistically difficult.
- Made-to-Order: These items are hand crafted after confirmed purchase. They cannot be restocked.
- Personalization: Custom items have been personalized (names, colors of gemstones and/or designs) are specific to the buyer. Limiting or demising opportunity for resale.
- Quality Control: Jewelers may not be able to guarantee the same level of control or presentation once product has been crafted.
However, during shipping on upon case to case evaluation, we may be able to offer exchange of equal value or credit for new purchase in the event the return has manufactural defects. Or if item does not meet the customer's specifications as agreed during ordering process. It's important to ask questions before finalizing a purchase, carefully checking the product description including size of item and confirm customizations.
