Absolutely. We pride ourselves on using only genuine semiprecious and precious stones, as well as natural crystals. Our materials are ethically sourced, ensuring the highest quality and authenticity in every piece.

4. How do I care for my jewelry?

To maintain the beauty of your jewelry:

  • Avoid exposure to water (especially chlorinated or saltwater), chemicals, and excessive heat.
  • Store your pieces in a cool, dry place, ideally in a jewelry box or pouch.
  • Clean your jewelry with a soft cloth after each use. For gemstones and crystals, use a mild soap solution and a soft brush if needed.

5. How do I place an order?

You can browse our collection and place orders directly on our website. Simply add your desired items to the cart and follow the checkout process. For custom orders, contact us at info@galaxyofstarsandgems.org to discuss your preferences, and we’ll guide you through the next steps.

7. Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we only ship within the USA. However, we’re working on expanding our shipping options. Stay tuned for updates, or subscribe to our newsletter to be the first to know when international shipping becomes available.

8. What are your shipping options?

We offer standard, expedited, and overnight shipping options across the USA. Shipping costs and delivery times will be calculated at checkout based on your location and chosen shipping method. Free standard shipping is available for orders over $100.

9. How long does it take to receive my order?

Once your order is placed, it typically takes 1-2 business days to process. Delivery times will vary based on the shipping method you select:

  • Standard shipping: 5-7 business days
  • Expedited shipping: 2-3 business days
  • Overnight shipping: 1 business day For custom orders, we will provide you with an estimated delivery timeline once the design is finalized.

10. Can I track my order?

Yes! Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can monitor your shipment’s progress.

11. What is your return policy?

We want you to love your purchase! If for any reason you're not satisfied, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Please ensure the item is in its original, unused condition with all tags and packaging. Note that custom pieces are non-refundable unless there is a defect.

12. What if my jewelry arrives damaged?

In the rare event that your item arrives damaged, please email us at info@galaxyofstarsandgems.org within 48 hours of receiving your order, along with photos of the damaged piece. We will work with you to resolve the issue, either by replacing the item or offering a refund.

13. Do you offer gift wrapping?

Yes, we offer gift wrapping for an additional fee. You can select this option during checkout, and your jewelry will arrive beautifully packaged, ready to gift.
