For your convenience and flexibility, we offer a wide range of payment options:

- Buy Now, Pay Later (BNPL): We collaborate with select BNPL providers (e.g., Klarna, Afterpay), allowing you to pay in installments. Approval by the BNPL provider is required.
Currency
All prices on our website are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD). For international customers, payments will be converted to your local currency by your payment provider, based on the current exchange rate. Any currency conversion fees are the customer's responsibility.
Payment Security

Payment Timing
- Immediate Payment: Full payment is required at checkout. Orders will not be processed or shipped until payment is confirmed.
- Custom Orders: A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required upon order confirmation, with the remaining balance due before shipment.
Sales Tax
Sales tax will be applied to orders shipped within the USA. The tax amount is calculated based on the shipping address provided during checkout and will be displayed before final payment.
International Payments
We accept the same payment methods listed above for international orders. Please note that customers are responsible for any additional fees, such as import duties, taxes, or customs charges.
Late Payments
Galaxy of Stars and Gems is not responsible for managing your payment agreements with third-party services. Failure to meet payments for installment plans (BNPL) may result in penalties or interest charges as determined by the BNPL provider.
Fraud Prevention
For your protection, we may refuse any transactions we suspect to be fraudulent. This includes discrepancies in billing and shipping addresses, flagged payment methods, or suspicious IP addresses.

Return Policy
We offer a 15 day return policy. Received item is based upon confirmed delivery using provided tracking number. In summary, meaning you can request a return within 15 days of receiving your item. We will not accept returns for "on sale" items or gift cards.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as when you received itâunused, unworn, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To initiate a return, contact us at info@galaxyofstarsandgems.org. If your return is approved, weâll provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how to return the item. Items sent back without prior return approval will not be accepted.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.
 Exchange, Refunds and Cancellations
- Exchanges: None. Please return original item and make a new purchase.Â
- Refunds: If applicable, refunds will be processed using the original payment method. Allow 10-15 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
- Cancellations: Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund. After 24 hours, cancellation fees may apply, especially for custom made-to-order items.
