1. Shipping Locations We are a USA-based business and currently ship domestically within the United States and internationally to select countries. If your country is not listed at checkout, please contact us at info@galaxyofstarsandgems.org for inquiries about shipping availability.
2. Processing Time
- In-Stock Items: Orders are processed within 1-3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.
- Custom Jewelry Sets: For made-to-order items or custom jewelry sets, please allow an additional 5-10 business days for creation and processing. We will provide you with an estimated timeline upon order confirmation.
Once your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
3. Domestic Shipping (USA)
- Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days
- Overnight Shipping: 1 business day
We offer free standard shipping on orders over $100. Shipping costs for orders below $100 or for expedited/overnight options will be calculated at checkout.
4. International Shipping International shipping times vary depending on the destination country and chosen shipping method. The following estimates are provided for reference:
- Standard International Shipping: 10-21 business days
- Express International Shipping: 5-10 business days
Shipping costs for international orders are calculated at checkout based on the weight of the package and destination. Please note that import duties, taxes, and customs fees may apply, and are the responsibility of the buyer.

For higher-value orders or upon customer request, we offer shipping insurance to cover any potential loss or damage during transit. Lost or Damaged Packages While we take every precaution to ensure your package arrives safely, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they are in the hands of the shipping carrier.
